What we particularly appreciated was Jess’s honesty and attention to detail. She ensured our suits complemented each other well without looking identical, which was exactly what we were hoping for. Her eye for styling and coordination really showed.

Jess also accommodated several fittings and took great care to make sure every adjustment was right. For any additional tailoring needed, she involved her personal tailor to ensure the suits were properly fitted to our individual body types.

We were presented with multiple options that aligned well with our wedding theme, but at no point did we feel pressured. The final decision always remained with us, supported by Jess’s expertise and thoughtful recommendations.

So I'm not much of a shopper for suits and formal wear. As a matter of fact when it comes to this stuff I like the idea of looking good but no idea where to get started. That's where Mr. Robinson came in. Jess and Sarah were super helpful in making sure I looked the part. Not too flashy but not cheap either. The right balance between the right jacket, pants, shoes and all the accessories. The time and care was taken with particular to attention to their patience for my constant indecisiveness when it came to what I wanted versus what I needed. I believe to have find the right place which is not big brand name but not completely unknown. Decent pricing, fantastic quality and most importantly quality service. You wouldn't know you care about their attention until you're a recipient of it. I'll happily come back for more clothing options! My wife will probably come with too!

Judging from the previous reviews, I am not alone in experiencing the excellent service I received today. Jess' experience in this trade is readily evident and she is extremely courteous, personable and efficient in putting together what you need. After many years my formalwear needed replacement and after several failed attempts at the usual department and men's fashion stores, I was able to acquire everything I needed exactly as I wanted, in one afternoon ,at a remarkably reasonable price. All this with one-on-one, unhurried and professional service.

If I could, I'd rate six stars! I had visited various other formal wear stores to organise four groomsmen suits and wasn't overly impressed with the service I received. However, the service I received from both James and Jessica was impeccable. Will definitely suggest Mr Robinson to other friends and family!

We went to this shop for my wedding suit and suits for my groomsmen based off the affordable bundles they offered. It was really easy to book in a fitting for us all and they were great at communicating, the fitting itself was brilliant, they were super friendly and very professional.

They put in a lot of effort in making us all feel comfortable, and gave us great advice and suggestions, you can tell they genuinely wanted the best for us.

I initially came to Mr Robinson searching for a pocket square that no one else in Melbourne seemed to have. That’s when I realised I should have come here first for the whole suit! James’s expertise in men’s formal wear is unparalleled. He takes the time to really listen to your needs and then brings your vision to life. Even when I wasn’t 100% sure about the style I wanted, James made fantastic suggestions for both the suit and accessories.

I live in the western suburbs, but I’ve made the trip back for my second suit, and once again, the quality and service was outstanding. The fit was perfect, the accessories were top-notch, and I even left with ideas for my next suit!
